Responsible for overseeing and coordinating fabrication and welding works on ship construction and repair projects, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely in compliance with the engineering drawings.

Manage a team of at least 15 technicians, daily monitoring & reporting the progress to his superior, guide his team technically, provide a periodic evaluation of his team and maintain quality standards.
Verify bill of material, demonstrate knowledge of Class rules, bending / shaping sequences.
Ensure compliance with technical specifications, safety regulations, production procedures/policies and project timelines.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
