RESPONSIBILITIES Must be having sound knowledge in piping and structural welding Supervise and coordinates day-to-day activities of workers and control the quality & production matrix in all welding related activities. Should be strong in technical knowledge both in practical and theory. Must be well aware about the Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS). Must be aware about welding symbols. Good in commanding skills and control. Must be conscious and efficient about the cost control of man-hours and welding/general consumables. He should make sure about ahead plan to distribute the work to the welders without wasting the time. Can Supervise the fit-up quality of the objects before to assign the welders as well can identify the risks which can be the cause of the repair. Must be active to find the hazards in the welding areas and to resolve them by conducting the TBT in the workshop or site. Upon the completion of the task can identify the points for rectification before to offer the QC. Update the daily production reports and control the unproductive acts on the floor. Able to control the effective usage of the tools and equipment and keep the record of their calibrations. Can Trained the welders for new welding procedures and technics to keep grooming the team. Take the lead and responsibility during the fit-up, release for the welding & product till final release after welding. Adhere to the company's Management Information System & polices. KNOWLEDGE SKILL AND ABILITIES Good in writing and English communication. Good in behavior and punctuality. MINIMUM QUALIFICATION: - 5 years of welding experience. Completion of Secondary/ High Schooling. Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
