Job Description
Perform Procedure qualification record as per Code and client specification. Qualification : Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering IIW Welding Engineer or equivalent Certificate must
Certification : IWE or CSWIP 3.1t Min 5 years in Oil and Gas field Piping fabrication Preparation of Welding procedure specification as per code and client specification based on scope of work. Perform Welder Qualification Tests as per client specification and code requirements. Maintain Welder list and renewal asper requirements. Monitor repair rate for each Job and recommend measures to keep the repair rate within project requirement limits. Conduct toolbox to welders welding foreman and inspectors to explain the precautions to be taken to maintain the repair rate in acceptance limit. Review of consumable MTC and monitor consumable handling activities. Coordination with client for the approval of WPS/PQR package.
