We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Welcomer to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Welcomer, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a warm and personalized welcome experience in our vibrant, multicultural environment. Your role is crucial in delivering our brand's promise of exceptional hospitality and ensuring a smooth arrival and departure process for all guests.
Greet and welcome all guests with warmth, professionalism, and a genuine smile
Provide personalized check-in and check-out experiences
Assist guests with inquiries, directions, and hotel information
Offer welcome beverages or amenities upon arrival, based on guest status or preferences
Coordinate with Front Office, Concierge, and Guest Relations to ensure a seamless guest experience
Maintain a visible presence in the lobby and be readily available to assist or guide guests
Promote hotel services, facilities, and ongoing promotions
Handle guest feedback and resolve issues or escalate them appropriately
Ensure guest preferences and special requests are recorded and communicated effectively
Maintain a polished and professional appearance at all times, in line with brand standards
Anticipate guest needs and offer relevant recommendations to enhance their stay
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in a Front Office or guest-facing role in a 4- or 5-star hotel
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in English (verbal and written); additional languages are a plus
Warm, outgoing, and service-oriented personality
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Strong knowledge of Dubai and its tourist attractions
Basic computer skills; familiarity with Opera or similar hotel management software is preferred
Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
Adaptability to work in a multicultural environment
