About the Role

We're hiring a

wedding sales representative

with real experience in closing wedding deals, managing clients under pressure, and delivering results. This is not an entry-level role. We want someone who knows the business, understands brides, and can convert leads into contracts.

Responsibilities

Handle wedding inquiries from first contact to contract signing. Present and sell wedding packages, upgrades, and add-ons. Coordinate with event planning and production teams to ensure smooth execution. Maintain relationships with venues, suppliers, and high-end clients. Bring in an active list of professional partners/suppliers and clients. Stay on top of multiple weddings simultaneously during high season. Supervise events when needed -- even late hours or full-night shifts if required.

Requirements

Minimum

7 years

in

wedding or event sales

(not hospitality desk work). Must have handled

at least 10+ weddings

from start to finish. Strong client network and direct supplier connections are a major plus. Fluent in

Arabic and English

. Confident, reliable, and disciplined under pressure. Ready to work long hours during high-season weekends -- no excuses.

Preferred Qualities

Knows how to handle emotional clients with composure. Understands budgets, proposals, and negotiation. Loyal and consistent -- focused on long-term growth, not short-term gain. Can represent the company professionally in person and online.
