Role Overview

We are looking for a

driven and design-conscious Sales Representative

to expand our presence in the hospitality and events sectors. You will connect with hotels, corporate clients, and event planners to offer our

floral subscription services, luxury gift solutions, and custom event designs

.

Key Responsibilities

Sell

weekly and monthly floral subscription plans

to hotels, offices, and lifestyle venues. Pitch and close

custom floral event projects

with wedding and event planners. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in hospitality, events, and corporate gifting. Create tailored proposals that reflect venue style, brand identity, and guest experience goals. Work closely with our floral design team to ensure client vision and quality execution. Consistently meet sales and revenue targets, tracking activity through CRM tools.
You Should Have

2+ years of sales experience in hospitality, floral, gifting, or event-related industries Strong aesthetic sense and appreciation for design and luxury presentation Established network in hotels, resorts, or event agencies (preferred) Excellent communication, pitching, and client relationship skills Target-driven, self-motivated, and passionate about premium floral and gifting experiences
