Job Description
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Wedding Planner to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in designing, planning and coordinating their dream weddings.
Wedding Planner responsibilities include understanding the clients' needs and preferences, planning the time schedule, selecting appropriate venues, organizing vendors, ensuring all events run smoothly and solving any wedding-related problems that may occur.
Our ideal candidate has a strong passion for event planning with a particular focus on weddings.
The role requires excellent organisational skills, a high level of creativity and a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Consult with clients to understand their preferences and plan the event based on their needs and requirements Create detailed proposals and time schedules Select appropriate wedding venues and other wedding professionals and service providers such as caterers, photographers, and DJs Negotiate with vendors to achieve the best possible service within the client's budget Coordinate all operations on the wedding day Lead promotional activities for the event Ensure all events run smoothly Resolve any wedding-related issues that may occur
Qualifications
Proven work experience as a Wedding Planner or similar role Impressive portfolio of previously managed weddings Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Strong problem-solving abilities Attention to detail and quality Ability to handle stress and stay calm under pressure Knowledge of the latest wedding trends and fashions
