Saatchi & Saatchi are seeking a dynamic and creative Website Editor to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Website Editor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our online presence, primarily focusing on social content. You will be responsible for curating, editing, and optimizing content for our websites, ensuring it aligns with our brand\'s voice, resonates with our target audience, and delivers an exceptional digital experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Curation: Curate and select compelling social content for publication on our websites, staying updated on the latest industry trends and topics.

Editing and Proofreading: Edit and proofread content to maintain high editorial standards, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and consistency.

SEO Optimization: Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to enhance visibility and organic traffic to our websites.

Content Calendar: Collaborate with the content team to create and manage an editorial calendar, ensuring timely publication of content.

User Experience (UX): Focus on improving the user experience by ensuring content is user-friendly, engaging, and responsive.

Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze website performance metrics, providing insights to enhance content strategy and user engagement.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and digital marketers, to ensure cohesive online content.

Compliance: Ensure that all website content complies with relevant regulations and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Website Editor or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and digital publishing tools.
• Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Understanding of SEO best practices and digital marketing concepts.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and social content.
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.
