As part of our expansion, we are seeking a highly experienced Website Developer with a strong background in WordPress and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to elevate our digital presence in the real estate sector.
Position Summary
The Senior Website Developer will play a key role in shaping the digital identity of our real estate consulting and development brand. With more than 10 years of experience, the ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing high-performance websites optimized for visibility, engagement, and lead generation within the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities

• Website Development & Management
• Develop, manage, and optimize responsive WordPress websites tailored to the real estate market.
• Customize themes and plugins for brand consistency and functionality.
• Ensure websites are mobile-friendly, secure, and high-performing.
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Execute technical and content-driven SEO strategies to improve ranking and visibility in real estate-related searches.
• Conduct keyword research relevant to the real estate and investment industry.
• Monitor analytics and implement improvements based on data insights.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work with marketing, content, and project teams to ensure alignment with real estate marketing strategies.
• Integrate third-party tools (e.g., property listing platforms, CRMs) as needed.
• Performance & Reporting
• Provide regular reports on website performance, traffic, SEO metrics, and user engagement.
• Stay current with industry trends and evolving technologies in both web development and the real estate domain.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in WordPress development.
• Proven success in implementing SEO strategies, especially in competitive industries like real estate.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
• Strong understanding of real estate digital marketing trends.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the real estate development or consulting industry.
• Understanding of real estate lead generation funnels, listing integrations, and CRM systems.
• Arabic language skills (a plus).
