Thank you. ** Duties and responsibilities Consulting with stakeholders to understand marketing needs and strategy needs. Working with the marketing team and external developers to create design strategies. Selecting and editing images for websites. Testing and maintaining sites to ensure that they are working correctly. Keeping abreast of image editing software innovations. Support all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to web development Conceptualize website designs that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex roadblocks Assist and defend designs and key deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively Up to date with the latest Web trends, techniques, and technologies Conceptualize visuals based on requirements Prepare rough drafts and present ideas Develop illustrations and other designs using software or by hand Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic Work and support the marketing team to produce creative designs Test graphics across various media Amend designs after feedback and instructions Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand Work experience Proven 3-4 years' work experience as a Web Designer + Graphic designer Experience in User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design and wire-framing tools Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process will be an added benefit Educational qualifications Graphic Designing & Marketing Executive needs to hold a degree in design, graphic design, or a related field. Training in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, business, or a related field, as well as professional certification Essential skills required Technical skills Communication Interpersonal skills Critical thinking Package We offer a very ambitious package that includes benefits such as:
