Purpose of Role: Design and produce graphic deliverables to maximise effect on the audience; from corporate branding to specific proposal content. Communicate complex concepts effectively in a visual medium. Supports marketing operations by collaborating on ideas, creating, compiling, formatting, and reporting relevant information and support materials for the Sicuro Group of companies.

- Designs and produces all marketing materials, including printed documents, templates, paid media advertising, social media imagery, websites, videos, mailshots, sales and marketing collateral required by the business units.
- Assist with graphic and promotional design materials, contributing to ideas, using brand assets correctly and suggesting improvements to keep each brand modern and relevant.
- Coordinate and improve processes related to creative filing and management of marketing graphics, collateral, business cards, images, etc.
- Provides marketing tracking and research across best-in-class design and relevant industries by collecting, analysing, and summarising data and trends.
- Liaise with business unit leaders and subject matter experts for market knowledge to contextualise graphic designs.
- Assist in populating and updating marketing distribution lists including sales contacts and potential leads.
- Manage group social media accounts, posting regularly in consultation with the Executive Manager, business unit leaders and senior management.
- Handles marketing suppliers and printers ensuring an appropriate standard of quality is achieved.
- Maintains marketing library; images, product sheets, presentations, sales and marketing collateral.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
- Responsible to be aware, up-to-date and adhere to all related controls and policies for ISO 27001, 9001, 22301 and GDPR.

- Degree in Design, Marketing, or a related field
- Writing (excellent English spelling and grammar) and proof-reading
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Must have experience with graphic design software – Adobe Creative Suite for Illustrator and Photoshop
- Video editing experience
- Website (WordPress) design experience
- Creative and innovative
- Savage attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred
- A demonstrated understanding of brand strategy
- Ability to understand the context of what each creative task is looking to achieve
- An understanding of the security industry
- An understanding of marketing software and website design/hosting applications
- Experience with photography and videography
Experience Preferred
- Branding/design background in Start-ups or Technology
- Campaign and content creation
- Social media management
- Maintaining best practice filing systems – ideally using SharePoint
- Reporting on marketing performance metrics, website analytics and social media
