WEBSITE & GRAPHIC DESIGNER We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a talented and motivated Graphic & Web designer to join our growing creative team. The successful candidate is expected produce creative designs and polished final deliverables under the guidance of Development and Marketing. A solid familiarity with trends in design, photography, advertising and the interactive digital space is preferred. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. FULL JOB DESCRIPTION: GRAPHIC DESIGNER:
- Visual and text content creation for social media and overall digital marketing purposes
- Capability to shoot and develop content specifically for social media
- Create, edit social media videos, reels, stories / Research industry-related topics and current trends
- Create engaging video and photo content - Identify customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs and recommend new topics
- Work alongside the marketing team to set up a SM strategy, content calendars per platform, and think of creative campaigns to reach business objectives
- Developing front-end website architecture / Designing user interactions on landing pages
- Developing back-end website applications / Creating servers and databases for functionality
- Working alongside graphic designers for web design features
- Seeing through a project from conception to finished product
- Designing and developing APIs
- Staying abreast of developments in web applications and programming languages
- Web design and wireframe development
- UI & UX understanding
- Graphic Design, Creativity (Full Adobe Suits)
- Full knowledge of Adobe Families (Graphic & Video Editing)
- Problem Solving & Troubleshooting Skills / Attention to Detail
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Proficiency with fundamental front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks / Proficiency with server-side languages
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Real Estate background will be an advantage
- 3+ Years\xe2\x80\x99 Experience in Dubai
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
