Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Social Media and Graphic Designer with two years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Food & Beverages to join our team. You will be responsible for creating social media campaigns and producing high-quality design projects and will be required to deliver on special tasks for the completion of projects and create unique ideas to improve projects. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, a versatile creative writer, a good graphic designer and a team player. Responsibilities:
- Developing social media content plans that are consistent with the company\xe2\x80\x99s brand identity.
- Creating consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement, promoting social media campaigns and graphic designing.
- Produce thoughtful and innovative work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Thinking creatively and producing new ideas in creative concepts and managing a high volume of daily social media posts.
- Interpret master concepts and develop design deliverables in line with it. Present finalized design concepts in a professional manner visually.
- Adaptation of existing artwork to ensure the visual look and feel is consistent.
- Update of menus and design adaptations to meet the needs of the business.
- Develop and maintain a marketing artwork archive for all artwork files.
- Work within agreed standards and guidelines for all brand communications to ensure consistency and level of quality and objectives are achieved.
- You will help to execute our creative vision across digital, web, video, emails, and social communications.
- You will be responsible for designing and producing creative assets across marketing channels.
- Master artwork adaptation to apply to different deliverables for campaigns.
- Staying up to date on best practices and emerging trends in social media especially in Food & Beverages industry.
- Ability to work under pressure and performing other duties when needed.
- 2+ years\' experience in Social Media & Graphic Designer (design, art, digital), planning and managing content in Food & Beverage industry
- Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Art, Design, Communications or a related field.
- Portfolio of creative leading to brand and/or business successes
- Proficiency designing across all digital channels (web, email, video/social, digital)
- Previous experience of working in a marketing and PR role for any industry, experience in Food & Beverage is advantage
- Ability to drive innovation and brand distinction while executing creative work within scope, time, and budget restraints.
- Expertise in holistic digital engagement across all channels, platforms, and devices \xe2\x80\x93 especially mobile.
- 3D software knowledge and content creation for social media accounts experience is a plus
- Expert level experience in working MS Office, Adobe: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and any kind of design programs.
