Job Title: Web Manager Location: Umm Al Quwain Role and Responsibilities: - Manage the overall website strategy, design, and functionality to ensure an engaging and user-friendly online experience for customers. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and translate them into effective website strategies and features. - Plan, develop, and implement website updates, enhancements, and new functionalities to improve usability, conversion rates, and overall user experience. - Oversee website content creation and maintenance, ensuring accuracy, relevancy, and consistency in messaging and branding. - Conduct regular website audits to identify and resolve issues related to performance, user experience, and technical functionality. - Utilize web analytics tools to track and analyze website performance, user behavior, and traffic patterns, to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web design, user experience, and SEO to implement innovative solutions and optimize website performance. - Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop and implement effective digital marketing campaigns and strategies on the website. - Manage website hosting, domain registrations, SSL certificates, and other technical aspects of website management. - Monitor website security and implement appropriate measures to protect against threats and vulnerabilities. - Ensure website compliance with legal and privacy regulations, including GDPR and ADA requirements. - Manage relationships with external web development agencies, vendors, and contractors, ensuring timely delivery of projects and effective execution of website initiatives. - Train and support internal stakeholders on website content management systems (CMS) for regular updates and maintenance. - Conduct user testing and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement in website design, functionality, and user experience. -Optimize website content and landing pages for search engines (SEO) to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic. - Provide regular reports and analysis on website performance, metrics, and goals to stakeholders, making recommendations for improvements based on data-driven insights. - Manage all aspects of Google Ad campaigns by creating and optimizing ad campaigns and paid search landing pages - Analyze and optimize ad campaigns to increase return on investment (ROI) - Use Google Ads to drive a variety of online marketing campaigns - Analyze and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to increase ROI - Manage and optimize display campaigns across multiple devices - Develop PPC strategies to increase online visibility Requirements: - Bachelor\'s degree in web design, computer science, information technology, or related field. - Proven experience in web management, preferably in the e-commerce industry. - In-depth knowledge of web design principles, usability standards, and best practices. - Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), such as WordPress, and familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices for website optimization. - Experience with web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to track website performance and metrics. - Good project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. - Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners. - Knowledge of website security best practices and awareness of web compliance regulations. - Familiarity with graphic design principles and tools is a plus. - Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with the latest web technologies and trends.
