Job Description

MyStudio (https://www.mystudio.io/) is a software-as-a-service suite of products that gives fitness, martial arts, and other membership-based business studio owners the freedom that comes from automating and simplifying how customers buy from them -- making them more money at all hours of the day, saving them money, and granting them more time.


We are looking for a

Webflow Developer with strong UI/UX design skills

to own the full website lifecycle for our clients -- from

designing in Figma

to

building in Webflow

. You'll be responsible for delivering beautiful, functional, and performant websites that meet client needs end-to-end.


This role requires not just technical ability, but also the

right mindset

: proactive, solution-oriented, highly responsive, and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.

What you'll do (Your responsibilities):

Design user-friendly, visually appealing website layouts and components in

Figma

. Translate Figma designs into

pixel-perfect, responsive websites

using

Webflow

. Implement

HTML & CSS

, with the ability to add

basic JavaScript

for custom functionality. Set up and manage

Webflow CMS

and dynamic content structures. Apply

basic SEO best practices

, accessibility standards, and site performance optimization. Conduct

basic testing/QA

to ensure cross-browser and cross-device functionality. Communicate progress clearly, meet deadlines, and be highly responsive to feedback. Take ownership of client websites end-to-end, from concept through delivery.

What you'll bring (Your qualifications):

Proven

UI/UX design skills

(strong Figma portfolio required). Hands-on

Webflow development experience

. Strong knowledge of

HTML & CSS

Solution-oriented and resourceful -- able to figure things out without constant guidance.

Independent

and reliable -- delivers high-quality work with minimal supervision. Excellent

time management

and ability to meet deadlines. Highly

responsive

in communication (Slack/Upwork messages, emails). Positive, professional, and client-focused attitude.

Bonus Points If You Have:

Basic

JavaScript

skills for custom interactions. Experience with

SEO optimization

and

site performance tuning

. Familiarity with QA tools or structured testing practices.
