Senior Backend Developer (Remote)
We are a team of expert developers with the goal of creating the next generation of systems that will power gaming and game development. We are looking for passionate senior backend engineers to join our team and help us bring our product idea to market.
Our long-term vision includes modernizing existing legacy game development systems, bridging Web and runtime applications into a single native client, minimizing security risks for users and maximizing performance gains.
The development experience we offer is oriented towards professionals who are capable of high initiative and high output leveraging Claude Code technology.

Requirements:- Ability to leverage AI coding workflows.- Expertise in using Claude Code to engineer systems.- Expert in backend languages such as Go, Rust, Node.js, or Python with focus on performance and scalability.- Strong experience designing and building RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL services.- Solid understanding of database design, optimization, and data modeling (SQL and NoSQL).- Ability to design, build and maintain scalable distributed systems that meet strict reliability requirements.- Ability to work independently while collaborating on high-level goals in a small team of experts.
Nice to haves:- Experience with real-time systems, WebSockets, and event-driven architectures.- Experience with game backend services (matchmaking, leaderboards, player data, etc.).- Familiarity with message queues and streaming platforms (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis).- Experience with microservices architecture and service mesh.- Knowledge of authentication, authorization, and security best practices.

Pay: AED170,000.00 - AED340,000.00 per year
