As a Business Developer, you'll be a key player in expanding our ecosystem through strategic partnerships, content-creator collaborations, and investor relationships. Your role will require a mix of hustle, relationship-building, and cross-functional coordination to bring deals from ideation to execution. Responsibilities:
Identify, source, and negotiate new business opportunities with creators, platforms, protocols, and investors
Build and manage long-term partnerships within the Web3 and creator economy landscapes
Support event activations, PR campaigns, and co-branded initiatives with partners
Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to ensure smooth partner onboarding and execution
Maintain a strong understanding of trends in crypto, NFTs, DAOs, and digital media to drive proactive outreach
Represent the company at virtual and physical industry events, conferences, and community gatherings
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or B2B sales-preferably in tech, crypto, or media
Established network within the Web3 space and/or creator economy (influencers, platforms, DAOs, protocols, etc.)
Excellent communication, pitch, and negotiation skills with a strong follow-up instinct
Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
Self-starter attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, decentralized environment
