We are looking for a talented and creative

Web Developer & Social Media Specialist

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a blend of skills across

web development

digital marketing

graphic designing

. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining the company's website, creating engaging content, managing digital campaigns, and designing eye-catching visuals for both online and offline platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Web Development

Design, build, and maintain company websites and landing pages. Ensure websites are responsive, fast, and user-friendly. Perform regular website updates, SEO enhancements, and troubleshooting. Integrate APIs, plugins, and third-party tools as needed.

Social Media & Digital Marketing

Plan, create, and schedule content across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.). Execute digital marketing strategies to increase online presence and engagement. Monitor analytics, run ad campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads), and track performance metrics. Stay updated with trends, hashtags, and social media algorithm changes.

Graphic Design

Design creative visuals for digital campaigns, website banners, product promotions, brochures, and print media. Develop consistent branding and visual identity across all platforms. Edit videos for social media using tools like CapCut and Adobe Premiere (optional).

Required Skills & Expertise:

Web Development Tools:

HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress (or other CMS platforms) Basic knowledge of PHP and MySQL is a plus

Design & Editing Software:

Adobe Illustrator

Adobe Photoshop

Corel Draw

CapCut

Canva

Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects (optional)

Social Media & Marketing Tools:

Facebook Business Manager, Meta Ads, Google Ads Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok content management Basic SEO and content writing Email marketing platforms like Mailchimp or similar

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Design, or a related field. Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a similar role. Strong creative and analytical skills. Excellent time management and communication abilities.
