About the Role:

Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, we are looking for a talented Digital & Social Media Specialist who would be responsible for developing the social media strategy and campaigns by creating the content idea and execution. He/She will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns and maintaining and supplying content across our different social Media platforms- in terms of creating original text, taking pictures, video content, managing posts and responding to followers. You will manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals.

We expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company's views creatively. Ultimately, you should be able to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.

This role requires you to visit our different sports facilities on a regular basis to capture photo and video content. Therefore, you must have the capability to generate picture and video content using high quality equipment.

Job Detailed Tasks Description:

Build social media marketing strategy and execute it through competitive and audience research Develop and manage digital and social media marketing campaigns Manage and supply social media content, and put together monthly content calendars Oversees all company social media accounts management and layouts/designs while growing community. Develops engaging, creative, innovative campaigns/content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages. Visit our different sports facilities & activities to capture content (Pics and Videos), on a regular basis. Coordinates social media messaging with the marketing department, other content leads and quarterly or seasonal company goals. Facilitate online conversations with customers and respond to queries. Developing monthly reports analyzing our Digital & social media performance, presences, KPI's and accordingly recommend key improvement areas and lead its implementation Engage with our Web developer in setting-up and monitoring SEO Works with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new services releases, ad campaigns or other brand messages, while developing optimal posting schedule considering, web-traffic and customer engagement metrics Suggests new ways to attract prospective customers like promotions and lead generation campaigns Monitors and develops reports on competitors activities within social media spaces.

Job Requirements:

Proven work experience in the Digital Marketing area

Expertise in Multiple Social Media Platforms

Ability to deliver creative content (text, Image, and Video)

Must be Professional in photo and video capturing using high quality equipment

Developed Online Marketing strategies across different marketing channels

Ability to grasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively

General understanding of SEO, keyword search and Google analytics

Excellent organizational skills

Customer service oriented

Presentable with friendly demeanors, open and approachable. Positive outlook.

Proactive and interested in growing within the business and helping the company grow

Professional and very punctual

Excellent teamwork and communication skills
