To create and maintain visually appealing, user-friendly, and functional websites. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, turning design concepts into responsive, interactive, and efficient web solutions.

Essential Functions:

Develop responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Implement designs and user experiences created by designers. Build server-side logic and databases to ensure seamless integration with the front-end. Implement and maintain web applications, ensuring optimal performance. Contribute to both front-end and back-end development, providing end-to-end solutions. Ensure consistent functionality and appearance across different web browsers. Use version control systems (e.g., Git) to manage and track changes in code. Conduct thorough testing of web applications, identifying and resolving bugs and issues. Debug and troubleshoot problems to ensure optimal functionality. Optimize web applications for speed, scalability, and overall performance. Implement security measures to protect web applications from vulnerabilities and cyber threats. Collaborate with designers, UI/UX teams, and other stakeholders to align technical solutions with design concepts and project requirements. Continuously stay informed about industry trends, technologies, and best practices. Adopt new tools and techniques to enhance development processes.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree or diploma whatever, main thing is experience. 3+ years of experience in web development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Proficiency in front-end languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end languages (e.g., Java, PHP) Experience with front-end frameworks. Knowledge of database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB. Understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) practices. Good understanding and Development experience with Content Management System like WordPress. Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git. Ability to create responsive and mobile-friendly web applications. Experience in social media and HTML email marketing tools. Showcase a portfolio of previous web development projects, highlighting technical skills and problem-solving abilities. Excellent organizational and time management skills

+ SEO SPECIALIST / EXPERT

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies to improve our organic search rankings, drive website traffic, and increase online visibility.

The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of search engine algorithms, content strategy, and analytics -- and is passionate about staying ahead in the ever-evolving world of SEO.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies (on-page, off-page & technical). Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and content optimization for maximum reach. Optimize website architecture, meta tags, URLs, images, and internal linking structures. Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc. Collaborate with content creators and developers to implement SEO best practices. Identify and fix technical SEO issues (crawl errors, site speed, mobile usability, etc.). Stay updated with the latest search engine trends, algorithm updates, and SEO best practices. Perform backlink analysis and develop link-building strategies. Provide detailed performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role. Strong understanding of SEO, Google ranking factors, and web analytics tools. Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz, Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress). Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
