POSITION: Web Developer

We are looking for a talented Web Developer with at least 3 years of experience in the real estate industry to design, develop, and maintain our company's websites and online platforms. The ideal candidate should be creative, detail-oriented, and capable of developing user-friendly and visually appealing web interfaces that support our marketing and sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain responsive real estate websites. Integrate property listings, CRM, and lead generation tools. Optimize websites for SEO and performance. Update content, images, and property information regularly. Troubleshoot website issues and ensure smooth functionality. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to enhance digital presence. Ensure websites are mobile-friendly and aligned with company branding.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Web Developer, preferably in the real estate sector Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and WordPress (or similar CMS). Experience in UI/UX design using tools such as Figma or Adobe XD Experience with API integrations and database management (MySQL). Knowledge of SEO principles and website analytics tools. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Good communication and problem-solving skills.
