We're looking to add web developer internees to join our team of innovative designers who are consistently raising the bar on creativity and user experiences. The ideal candidate is a talented artist with extensive technical expertise who can work alongside a team and independently in the creation, maintenance, and updates of websites using a new website builders. A general knowledge of web development with expertise in building websites on WordPress and Wix is essential to succeeding in this role. This is a remote position. Objectives of this Role Consistently create portfolio websites based on leads provided
Create client website templates using our website builder
Ensure design specificity for the client industry
Create and maintain workflows with teams to provide visibility and to ensure workload balance for consistent visual designs
Maintain updated knowledge of new and emerging industry trends and technology Daily and Monthly Responsibilities Provide report of completed sites on a daily basis
Develop and maintain strategic operational systems, tools, and processes, including participation in tactical and strategic development projects
Work quickly and carefully to complete small edits requested by customers, develop plans for completing larger projects, collaborate with colleagues, and suggest new solutions to improve existing websites. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in web design, multimedia design, or related field
Experience planning and developing websites across multiple products and organizations
Proficiency with content management systems, including WordPress, Wix and Drupal
Dedication to innovative, sophisticated designs and collaborative problem solving Preferred Qualifications Content writing skills
Experience with eCommerce
Proven success in a project coordination role
Experience implementing and using modern web development workflows and operations using a variety of tools including GitHub will be a plus Job Type: Internship
