About the job

We are looking for a talented Website Developer / Graphic Designer to join our team. You will play a critical role in managing and enhancing online assets for both clients and internal projects. Your main responsibilities include developing & managing visually appealing websites, create visually appealing graphics and contents for social media platforms, supporting both client engagement and in-house initiatives.

Responsibilities

Design, develop new web pages or complete websites to support upcoming projects. Manage existing websites, ensuring seamless functionality and a contemporary design. Create visually compelling graphic designs and content for websites, marketing materials, and social media platforms. Enhance content and web pages to improve SEO performance. Work closely with the marketing team to create visually attractive web layouts and designs. Identify and resolve technical issues to ensure a smooth and enjoyable user experience. Adhere to project timelines, ensuring tasks and deliverables are completed on schedule.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent education in a relevant field. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and managing KPI. At least 3 years of proven experience in web development and graphic design, with a portfolio that demonstrates relevant work. Skilled in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and content management systems (CMS), with expertise in popular web development frameworks (e.g., WordPress). Proficient in graphic design software, especially Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.). Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles and responsive web design. Exceptional attention to design elements and enhance business objectives. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques and SEO best practices for website development. Experience in content development. Previous experience providing content and design for social media platforms. Preferred experience in managing social media platforms.
