POSITION: Web & Graphic Designer

As IT, Web Developer & Graphic Designer, the areas of key responsibilities are:

Taking a key role in the design and layout of a website. Create responsive websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies. Understanding and managing server, emails, backups and IT related issues Design event materials and presentations using graphic tools (InDesign, Photoshop, Canva). Manage domain, backend, technical setup, and ensure website security (malware checks, domain expiry). Support the design process by creating style guides and collaborating with other designers to execute client requirements. Assist the marketing team in creating visual assets like landing pages, websites, advertisements, brochures, flyers and catalogues. Video production, editing, and conceptualization skills. Managing and updating social media pages/posts every week Design and implement website layouts, logos and branding in alignment with event targets and objectives. Suggest and execute a cohesive visual brand strategy for the company's website, videos, social media channels and other digital assets. Stay updated with the latest industry updates and trends in website design.

Qualifications, Education and Skills Requirements

A bachelor's degree in graphic designing, web designing or a related field. Demonstrable portfolio and expertise in previous web design projects. Proficiency in graphic design, art and psychology with a sense of how different elements work together on a web page. A creative thinker with excellent visual communication skills, design multimedia skills and computer adeptness. Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Teamwork, creativity, and ability to meet tight deadlines. Manage email systems, server backups, domains, databases, and hardware setups. E-commerce website handling experience is a plus.
