Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented female Web Designer / Developer with a strong interest in social media marketing. This role involves managing our online presence through website updates and running engaging social media campaigns to help grow our brand and reach.

Key Responsibilities

Design and maintain company websites using WordPress, HTML, CSS, etc. Manage social media platforms. Create and schedule engaging social media content (posts, stories, reels). Monitor social media performance and adjust strategies for better engagement. Collaborate with the team to create marketing content and visuals. Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all platforms. Optimize websites and content for SEO and user experience.

Create compelling, engaging, and shareable content for a diverse online audience. Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand messaging and campaigns. Engage with followers and respond to comments and inquiries in a timely and engaging manner. Stay up to date with social media trends, tools, and best practices to enhance content effectiveness. Represent Mersat Media at online events, influencer collaborations, and other brand-related activities.
Requirements

1-3 years of experience in web design and/or social media marketing. Proficiency in WordPress, HTML, and CSS. Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Canva). understanding of audience targeting. Good communication and content writing skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Preferred Skills

Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, or email marketing tools. Knowledge of video editing or graphic design is a plus.
Familiarity with trends and tools in digital marketing.
