Role and Responsibilities:

As a Web Designer cum Sales, you will play a crucial role in both designing exceptional websites and driving sales for our services. Your responsibilities will include:

Web Design:

Designing responsive, user-friendly, and visually appealing websites. Collaborating with the development team to ensure seamless implementation of designs. Ensuring brand consistency across all web and digital touchpoints. Creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for client approval.

Sales:

Identifying potential clients and generating leads for web design and digital services. Engaging with prospects, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions. Managing the sales pipeline from initial contact to deal closure. Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets. Maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring satisfaction with delivered solutions.

Qualifications:

Experience:

Proven experience in web design (portfolio required). Experience in sales, preferably in the tech or digital industry. Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and web design principles.

Skills:

Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, etc.) or Figma. Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, Shopify, or similar. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Attributes:

Creative and detail-oriented. Self-driven, proactive, and goal-oriented. Ability to manage multiple projects at once while meeting deadlines. Strong problem-solving abilities.
