Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Interior Designer cum Sales to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing interior spaces that reflect our client's vision and meet the highest standards of quality and aesthetics.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Dubai's regulatory requirements, including knowledge of Dubai Municipality (DM) approvals, as well as proficiency in relevant design software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and 3ds Max, along with exceptional rendering skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and project requirements. Develop conceptual designs, mood boards, and presentations to communicate design concepts effectively. Prepare detailed design drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings, using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and 3ds Max. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution and compliance with DM regulations. Conduct site visits and surveys to assess existing conditions and provide design recommendations. Select and specify materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures that align with the project design concept, budget, and timeline. Oversee the procurement process, including sourcing, purchasing, and tracking materials and furnishings. Review and approve shop drawings, samples, and mock-ups to maintain design integrity and quality standards. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction. Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to enhance design innovation and creativity. An essential part of the requirement is the ability to develop a BOQ. Should be able to prioritize deadlines and can work under pressure.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in interior design, Architecture, or related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Interior Designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of projects in Dubai. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, and other relevant design software. Exceptional rendering skills and the ability to create photorealistic visualizations. Strong understanding of Dubai regulatory requirements and experience obtaining DM approvals. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for creativity and innovation. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and independently manage projects from concept to completion.
