Job Description

Website Development & Maintenance:

o Develop, maintain, and enhance company's website, ensuring it is responsive, user-friendly, and optimized for both desktop and mobile platforms.

o Regularly update content, images, and multimedia across the website to reflect the latest information, promotions, and service offerings.

o Ensure website speed, performance, and security are continuously optimized, implementing updates as necessary.

o Implement SEO best practices and web performance optimization for the website to ensure visibility and usability.

Landing Page Creation & Quality Assurance:

o Conduct daily quality checks on all landing pages, identifying and resolving issues related to functionality, layout, and user interface (UI).

o Ensure all landing pages are mobile-optimized, loading quickly, and delivering a seamless experience across devices.

Form Testing & Troubleshooting:

o Test all website and landing page forms regularly to ensure proper functionality and lead capture, identifying and resolving any bugs or errors.

o Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all forms are integrated with CRM systems and tracking tools, ensuring lead data is accurately captured.

o Implement A/B testing on forms to optimize for user experience and improve conversion rates.

Bug Fixes & Technical Support:

o Proactively monitor and resolve website bugs, performance issues, and security vulnerabilities, ensuring minimal downtime and a smooth user experience.

o Provide technical support to the marketing and creative teams for website-related issues, ensuring quick resolutions and minimal disruptions.

Cross-Browser & Device Testing:

o Conduct thorough cross-browser and device testing to ensure websites and landing pages perform consistently across various platforms (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) and devices (desktop, tablet, mobile).

o Resolve any compatibility issues that arise during testing, ensuring optimal user experience across all channels.

Security & Compliance:

o Implement and maintain security measures, such as SSL certificates, firewalls, and regular backups, to protect websites from vulnerabilities and attacks.

o Ensure websites comply with relevant data protection regulations (GDPR, etc.) and that user data is securely captured and stored.
