Urgently Needed (Web Designer with Shopify expertise)

We are seeking a talented and innovative Web Designer with expertise in Shopify to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, excellent problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of Shopify's platform and ecosystem. You will collaborate closely with our development, marketing, and content teams to design and implement visually appealing, user-friendly, and high-performing eCommerce websites.

Key Responsibilities

Website Design & Development

:

Create and customize responsive, user-centric Shopify themes aligned with brand guidelines and business objectives. Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO. Design engaging landing pages and product pages to improve user experience and conversion rates.

Visual & Graphic Design

:

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop graphics, banners, and other visual assets. Maintain brand consistency across all web design elements.

User Experience (UX) & User Interface (UI)

:

Conduct usability testing and analyze user feedback to enhance website functionality. Implement features that improve navigation, accessibility, and overall user engagement.

Shopify Integration & Optimization

:

Customize Shopify apps and integrate third-party tools as needed. Troubleshoot and resolve Shopify-related technical issues.

Collaboration

:

Work closely with developers to ensure seamless functionality and deployment. Liaise with content creators and marketing teams to align web design with promotional campaigns.

Qualifications

Required

:

Proven experience as a Web Designer, preferably with a focus on Shopify. Proficiency in Shopify's Liquid programming language. Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Expertise in graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) or similar tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch). Understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices. Experience with responsive and mobile-first design.

Preferred

:

Familiarity with Shopify Plus and advanced eCommerce features. Basic knowledge of SEO principles and tools like Google Analytics. Experience with A/B testing and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization). Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
