faceGulf is a leading media company connecting global audiences through innovative digital platforms. We are seeking a detail-oriented and design-savvy Web & App Coordinator to oversee the daily management of our website and mobile application.
Role Overview:
The Web & App Coordinator will act as the bridge between design and development teams, ensuring smooth daily operations of our digital platforms. The ideal candidate is not a developer but has strong technical awareness, an eye for design, and excellent communication skills to collaborate with developers, designers, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee daily updates and maintenance of the website and mobile application
Review and test platform features to ensure smooth functionality and user experience
Communicate effectively with developers to prioritize and resolve technical issues
Work closely with the design team to implement Figma files and ensure brand consistency
Coordinate content uploads, banners, and UI/UX adjustments
Monitor performance, gather feedback, and suggest improvements
Ensure deadlines are met for new releases, fixes, and updates
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience managing websites, apps, or digital platforms
Familiarity with Figma and ability to understand design handoffs
Strong understanding of web and mobile platforms (without being a developer)
Excellent communication and project coordination skills
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of design and usability
Ability to work cross-functionally with designers, developers, and stakeholders
Preferred Skills:
Experience in digital media, hospitality, or corporate environments
Knowledge of CMS systems or basic web management tools
Interest in design, technology, and digital trends
