Job Description

Graphic Designer with Social Media management & E-commerce background.
  • Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral
  • Highly skillful in media and graphic design software to create images and posts for social media
  • Highly skillful in designing packaging labels, mockups and retail products
  • Ability to manage company\'s social media (FB, Insta, Tiktok, Linkedin) and apply marketing strategies, online Ads and SEO to increase followship
  • Experienced in Web designing, product catalogue boarding and managing E-commerce websites such as Shopify and Word press
  • Experienced in uploading products on Amazon, Noon and other online portals and managing the accounts to get sales
  • Strong English writing skills
  • Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines
  • Manage E-commerce shipments from company\xe2\x80\x99s website and third-party websites (Amazon, Noon) from receiving the order to preparing the packages to dispatch.
  • Provide supervision to the reception, handling, distribution and storage of all freight received products and supplies that come in and out of the warehouse/Storage
  • Maintain strict control over inventory levels and ensure that all transactions are properly documented in accordance with company guidelines
  • Communicate with clients effectively via emails, phone calls or other communication channels to resolve issues
  • Handle and manage clients\xe2\x80\x99 complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the stipulated time frame, follow up promptly to ensure resolutions set are met
  • Able to multi-task, prioritize and good time management.
Qualifications for Graphic Designer
  • Bachelor\'s degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, Social Media management and Web designing for Shopify & Word Press
  • 2-3 years experience in managing Amazon, Noon, and other major online accounts
Knowledge of operations, warehouse management, and transportation management for E-commerce business Knowledge of layouts, photography, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web designing Excellent Knowledge of Adobe PhotoShop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and Shopify
  • High English writing and verbal skills
Education/Certifications: College Degree UAE/GCC Driving License is a plus Application Deadline: 13/12/2021 Expected Start Date: Immediate Job Types: Full-time, Permanent 6-days/week Salary: AED4,700.00/month plus Company SIM card, UAE residency and Medical Insurance Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: Up to AED4,700.00 per month COVID-19 considerations:
