Wealth Manager
LOCATION
Private Family Office | Fujairah UAE
(The Client will arrange the work visa and relocation if not local)
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
The Wealth Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the financial affairs of a private family office, ensuring the long-term growth, preservation, and protection of family wealth. The role requires a highly experienced professional with deep expertise in investments, financial planning, risk management, estate planning, and multi-generational wealth strategies. Acting as a trusted advisor to the principals, the Wealth Manager will manage relationships with banks, investment managers, tax advisors, legal counsel, and other key stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS / CERTIFICATIONS / LICENSES
Bacheloru0027s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field (mandatory)
Masteru0027s degree and/or professional certifications such as CFA, CAIA, or CFP preferred
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 10+ yearsu0027 experience in wealth management, private banking, or investment advisory
- Proven exposure to ultra-high-net-worth individuals or family office environments
- Strong knowledge of global financial markets, investment products, and alternative assets
- Demonstrated track record in strategic asset allocation and portfolio construction
- Experience with estate planning, trusts, tax structuring, and intergenerational wealth transfer
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
- High level of discretion, integrity, and confidentiality
KEY SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Investment management across equities, fixed income, private equity, real estate, and alternatives
- Strategic financial planning, forecasting, and performance reporting
- Risk identification, mitigation, and compliance oversight
- Estate, trust, and succession planning coordination
- Tax optimisation and after-tax return strategies
- Cash flow, liquidity, and lifestyle funding management
- Relationship management with banks, advisors, and investment partners
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement tailored investment strategies aligned with family objectives and risk appetite
- Oversee strategic asset allocation and portfolio performance across all asset classes
- Prepare detailed financial reports, forecasts, and performance reviews for principals
- Identify and manage financial, investment, and compliance risks
- Coordinate with legal and tax advisors on estate structures, trusts, and succession planning
- Implement tax-efficient strategies to optimise long-term wealth outcomes
- Manage cash flow and liquidity requirements for lifestyle, business, and philanthropic needs
- Act as the central point of contact for external advisors, financial institutions, and service providers
- Negotiate, oversee, and review third-party service provider agreements
- Support and oversee philanthropic initiatives, foundations, and charitable strategies
