Requirements
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience in a related field
1 to 4 years of relevant experience in the same field
MCSA, CCNA, or similar certifications are an advantage
Strong knowledge of networking principles, including TCP/IP, Access Points (AP), DNS, DynDNS, DHCP, VPN, IIS, NAS devices, and EPABX
Experience working with Windows environments
Familiarity with ERP systems and their relevant modules, Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365, and common IT support tools
Experience in managing and uploading content in website / FTP
Hands-on experience with FortiGate network firewalls, IT security, and endpoint management
