We are expanding our team and seeking skilled and passionate Nail Technicians with expertise in Russian manicure techniques to contribute to our high-standard service environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform Russian dry technique with precision and advanced skill in all nail services. Deliver professional-level nail extensions, gel polish application, overlays, and detailed nail designs. Ensure complete hygiene, sterilization, and safety compliance at all times. Achieve exceptional client service results and build long-term customer relationships. Confidently participate in promotional content creation and on-camera activities when required. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation. Collaborate effectively with colleagues to support a strong team environment.

Requirements:

Female candidates only. Proven experience and specialization in Russian nail techniques is mandatory. Minimum 2 years of professional salon experience in the UAE or abroad. Strong creativity, technical accuracy, and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, confidence, and professionalism. Must be currently in the UAE or willing to relocate to Sharjah.
