We are looking for a highly skilled and certified Master Nail Technician with expert-level proficiency in the Russian Manicure and Pedicure technique. This role is for a perfectionist who views nail care as a form of artistry and is passionate about delivering flawless, long-lasting results. You will be our in-house expert, catering to a sophisticated clientele that expects nothing but the best.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform expert-level Dry Russian Manicures and Pedicures with supreme precision, focusing on meticulous cuticle work and nail preparation.

Execute a wide range of nail services including:

Builder Gel Applications for strength and structure.

Soft Gel & Acrylic Extensions.

Nail Art & Design from minimalist elegance to intricate nail art.

Conduct thorough client consultations, assessing nail health and recommending the best treatment plan.

Maintain an immaculate, sterile, and hygienic workspace, adhering to the highest standards of sanitation and UAE health regulations.

Provide expert aftercare advice and drive retail sales of premium nail care products.

Stay at the forefront of industry trends, techniques, and products.

Uphold our salon's culture of exceptional, personalized customer service.

Qualifications & Skills:

A certified Nail Technician with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience.

Must possess verifiable, advanced training and certification in the Russian Manicure technique. Non-negotiable.

Mastery in using an electric file (e-file) for precise cuticle work and nail shaping.

Expertise in hard gel (builder gel) application for building and structuring nails.

A strong, curated portfolio that showcases your Russian Manicure work, nail health focus, and artistic design skills.

Impeccable attention to detail, a steady hand, and a deep understanding of nail anatomy and health.

Professional, client-focused, and excellent communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
