Mechanical Engineer - Office
Responsibilities:
HVAC Design & Drafting:
Design & drafting of HVAC systems as per project and local regulations. Perform heat load calculations on HAP, duct sizing, static pressure calculations, equipment selection, propose design & shop drawing. Ensure compliance with relevant codes and energy efficiency guidelines.
Plumbing & Fire ?ghting Design & Drafting:
Design & drafting of plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage, and ?re ?ghting. Perform hydraulic calculations, pipe sizing, head loss calculations, propose design & shop drawings.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering. Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC, plumbing, ?re?ghting design & drafting in the UAE. This role is office-based. Pro?ciency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) for drafting and creating MEP drawings. Strong knowledge of codes, standards, and regulations applicable in the UAE. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Immediate availability for work. Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing project requirements. Certi?cation or professional accreditation in HVAC, plumbing & ?re?ghting is advantageous. Seeking an immediate joiner.
