Water Sports Instructor
Job Description
Conducting safety briefings and risk assessments to ensure that all activities are carried out in a safe and controlled manner. Instructing guests on proper techniques and skills for various watersports activities. Assisting guests in selecting and fitting equipment for their chosen activity. Supervising guests during the activity to ensure their safety and provide guidance and support as needed. Administering assessments and tests to evaluate guests\' understanding and proficiency in watersports activities. Maintaining safety standards and ensuring that all guests comply with safety procedures and regulations. Ensuring that all equipment and facilities are maintained and in good working condition. Creating and maintaining accurate records of guest progress and assessment results. Developing and updating training materials and course content as required. Communicating with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Job Type: Full-time Salary: From AED3,000.00 per month Application Deadline: 10/07/2023
