We are hiring an Outdoor Watchman to ensure the safety and security of the premises by monitoring outdoor areas and reporting any unusual activities. The ideal candidate should be alert, responsible, and able to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Patrol outdoor areas to ensure security and safety
Monitor entrances, gates, and surrounding premises
Prevent unauthorized access and report suspicious activity
Respond promptly to alarms or incidents
Maintain daily activity reports and logs
Ensure compliance with company security protocols
Requirements:
Prior experience in security or watchman roles is a plus
Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Good observation and reporting skills
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
Basic communication skills
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: AED 1000 to 1100 per month
