Watchman (housekeeping / Maintenance / Security)
Job Description
Evolution is looking for additional Watchmen to join their existing Watchman team. The roles are based at our facilities in Jebel Ali Industrial Area 1, Dubai, UAE.
We are looking for individuals who are motivated by a variety of work activities and capable of working in shifts. The Watchman team is an important part of our organisation helping to keep the facilities secure, clean and in good repair. The work requires individuals who are physically fit and able to use hand tools, ladders, etc. and who can move unassisted between buildings to perform opening and lock-up duties, attend to maintenance requests and issues, and other ongoing operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Facility Security Facility cleaning and waste management General maintenance works Facility housekeeping Working with contractors and suppliers Demonstrates a good understanding of health and safety expectations
Requirements:
Similar experience in the UAE. Experience in undertaking general maintenance work. Willingness to learn and to share knowledge. Strong attitude to Health & Safety. Good administrative skills. Good spoken English. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to use a computer is an advantage.
Salary plus Company Accommodation
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,000.00 per month
