The Watchman is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the supermarket premises, staff, customers, and property. This includes monitoring entry/exit points, preventing theft or damage, and maintaining a secure environment for smooth supermarket operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and control access to the supermarket premises.
Check and record entry of staff, visitors, and delivery personnel.
Patrol the premises regularly to ensure safety and security.
Monitor CCTV and report any suspicious activity or safety hazards.
Assist in handling emergency situations, such as fire or medical incidents.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and store protocols.
Report incidents, accidents, or maintenance issues to the supervisor or management.
Support staff during opening and closing of the store.
Qualifications
o A qualification in security training.
o
1 year experience as a Security Guard or Watchman
.
Pay: AED1,800 per month
Language requirement :
Basic English - able to communicate clearly and deliver essential information.
