Your future role :


Verifying Interventions requests shared by internal requestors before release and submission to services providers for execution. Monitoring of the interventions requested to the Aftersales services providers at customer facilities in Europe. Coordinating interventions responsibilities alignement with Quality teams before Aftersales services providers' invoicing. Approving Aftersales services providers executed interventions VS expectations. Following safety stock in place at customer facilities and identify potential shortages impacting services providers reactivity leading to lines disruptions. Cross checking repetitive issues action plans robustness. Integrating repetitive issues not catched by internal processes and not traced in QMP at the Quality dynamic check stations.

All About you :


Bachelor / Technician degree required in Engineering / Quality / project or organization's management. No specific experience required as far as you are : + Rigourous, meticulous, results driven.
+ High sens integrity and able to communicate with cross functional teams in different countries from different organizations.
+ Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
+ Fluent French & English.
