The Warranty Officer will work closely with our certification team to ensure that all our certified professionals have access to a hassle-free warranty process.
Responsibilities:
Review and process warranty claims for our certification programs
Develop and maintain the warranty policy for our certification programs
Coordinate with the certification team to ensure warranty claims are handled efficiently and in a timely manner
Communicate with clients and handle warranty inquiries and issues
Maintain accurate records of warranty claims and resolutions
Collaborate with the finance team to track warranty expenses and budget management
Conduct regular evaluations of the warranty process and make recommendations for improvements
Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices related to warranty management
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
1-2 years of experience in warranty management or a similar role
Strong understanding of warranty policies and procedures
Excellent communication and customer service skills
High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience in the finance and accounting industry is a plus
