We at IIQAF are currently looking for an experienced Warranty Officer to join our team. The individual in this role will be responsible for overseeing a wide range of warranty activities and establishing relationships with external customers to ensure the highest level of customer service possible.
Responsibilities:
Manage a variety of warranty management activities, including registering warranties, verifying documents, and resolving inquiries
Establish and maintain relationships with external customers through constant communication
Monitor warranty claims data and analyze trends to identify potential risks
Develop and implement warranty policies and procedures
Maintain accurate warranty records and invoices
Track warranty expiration dates and ensure that customers properly file claims
Prepare reports on warranty costs and other associated data
Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner
Monitor customer request for warranty repair or replacements
Liaise between customers and product vendors
Requirements:
2 years of warranty management experience
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Proven ability to prioritize time-sensitive tasks
Ability to manage and review large data sets
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Working knowledge of warranty policies and procedures
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic accounting software
