IIQAF is looking for an experienced Warranty Officer to help ensure customer satisfaction and protect our brand reputation by managing and resolving warranty claims.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer warranty claims in a timely and professional manner, communicating directly with customers to address their inquiries, reviewing and processing all incoming warranties and claims, and monitoring all warranty service requests. You will work closely with other departments to ensure that all warranty inquiries are handled efficiently and that customers have a positive customer service experience.
You will need to possess excellent customer service skills as well as exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities. Previous experience in customer service, warranty claims, and/or technical support is preferred.
Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers to address warranty claims and inquiries
Coordinate and facilitate the repair of warranty-covered items
Monitor and validate warranty claims
Perform quality assurance checks to verify accuracy of warranty claims
Facilitate the exchange of parts when required
Track, update, and report warranty activity
Research customer concerns and advise on appropriate solutions
Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the warranty process
Adhere to current programs and policies pertaining to warranty services
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service, warranty claims, and/or technical support
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload
Detail-oriented and organized with strong follow-through
Proven ability to handle customer complaints and dissatisfaction
