Job Description

1. Warehouse management: According to the valid warehouse entry and delivery orders, accurately and timely enter inventory change information in the warehouse management system or ERP system to ensure that the accounts in the system are updated synchronously with the actual business of the warehouse, promptly handle the discrepancies between accounts and facts found on a daily basis, find out the root causes and coordinate solutions;

2. Inventory management: Participate in the organization and implementation of regular comprehensive inventory and irregular cycle inventory, check the inventory results, analyze the reasons for differences, prepare inventory reports, and put forward treatment suggestions;

3. Storage capacity and appearance management: Be proficient in using the inventory modules of warehouse management systems and ERP systems (such as SAP systems) to maintain the accuracy of inventory-related information (such as measurement units, storage conditions, inventory, etc.) in the material master data within the system;
