Job Description

Job Purpose

: To monitor, control & report on inventory stock levels & movements in our retail store. You will be working alongside the fulfillment & planning team to ensure stock availability.

Key Accountabilities:

oExecution of inventory control activities such as ordering, receiving & transferring inventory to the right locations.

oMaintaining the required inventory levels on retail, bulk & consumable items.

oCompile and maintain records of all stock transactions.

oInventory Reconciliation & discrepancies root cause analysis

oVerify and compute data with a physical count of stock and adjust errors in computations.

oMust be familiar with accounts procedures.

oApply and ensure the application of standards and procedures set by the IZIL Supply chain, Spa team & accounts policy.

oAbility to analyse & create daily, weekly & monthly reports on consumption, Inventory levels, shortages & depletion.

oApply and ensure the application of procedures and regulations concerning cost control.

oDevelop and implement improvements to existing operational procedures in order

oPerforms other related duties as may be assigned by the Location Manager, Supply Chain or Finance Departments.

Experience requirement:

oExperience in the Retail/Beauty industry

oDetailed oriented with strong clerical skills in recording responsibilities.

oExcel & MS Word skills & ERP Knowledge

Qualification and Licenses requirement:

oMust be able to communicate both verbally and written in English

oBachelor's Degree in any related field

oKnowledge in basic accounting & Inventory management

oKnowledge in NetSuite ERP

oKnowledge in Mindbody Solution is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
