Receive incoming shipments and verify the accuracy of items against delivery notes or purchase orders.
Inspect goods for damage or discrepancies and report any issues immediately.
Ensure proper labeling and documentation upon receipt.
2. Storage & Inventory Control
Store materials in designated locations following warehouse layout and safety guidelines.
Maintain accurate inventory levels through periodic stock counts.
Update inventory records in the system (manual or digital) as required.
3. Picking & Dispatching
Pick and prepare orders as per the delivery schedule.
Ensure items are packed safely and verified before dispatch.
Coordinate with drivers and dispatch teams for timely delivery.
4. Warehouse Maintenance
Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Ensure all tools, equipment, and machines are maintained and used safely.
Follow company safety protocols and report unsafe conditions.
5. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate logs of incoming and outgoing goods.
Assist in preparing daily, weekly, or monthly warehouse reports.
Support auditors during stock checks.
