About the Role:
In this critical role, you will be responsible for the efficient receiving, storage, and issuance of materials, ensuring the highest standards of inventory accuracy and warehouse operations. You will be a key player in supporting project timelines and maintaining smooth logistical workflows.
Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and record all incoming materials and equipment.
• Safely store items in designated locations, optimizing space utilization.
• Prepare and issue materials against approved requisitions and pick tickets.
• Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory checks to maintain 99%+ accuracy.
• Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment in compliance with HSE standards.
• Update inventory records in the computerized system in real-time.
• Prepare and process shipping and receiving documentation.
• Coordinate with procurement and project teams to resolve any discrepancies.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Warehouse Technician, Store Keeper, or similar role.
• Sector Preference: Experience within the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or heavy industrial sectors is highly preferred.
• GCC Experience: Previous work experience in the GCC countries is a significant advantage.
• Technical Skills: Strong computer skills, particularly with MS Office and inventory management software (ERP systems).
• Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
