We are currently looking for a driven Warehouse Team Lead. Ideally you will be located in Dubai Investment Park 2, UAE.

The

Warehouse Team Lead

will be responsible for managing all aspects of the warehouse, from inventory management to dispatching products. This individual will also play a critical role in overseeing assembly processes, ensuring that materials and products flow smoothly through the production line. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in warehouse operations, assembly line management, and a strong understanding of manufacturing processes to help optimize our entire operational workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

Train and manage the warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals. Oversee daily operations while controlling and managing inventory. Managing all goods in & out of the warehouse. Arranging Logistics for goods in and out (shipping, courier etc). Lighting Fixture Assembly, Modifications & Sample Preparation. Circular Saw Material Cutting. Operation of Injection Moulding Machine. Preparing all materials for shipment including required paperwork. This job involves manual handling and covering all aspects of the warehouse function. Review and prepare workflows, staffing requirements, space allocations, equipment layouts, and action plans that meet company standards for productivity, quality, and customer service. Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing standards and procedures and by complying with legal regulations. Keeping the warehouse in a clean working order at all times. Overtime when required.

Qualifications:

Good organisational skills. Demonstration of proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows,Outlook, Excel) and applications with the ability to learn new applications. Good written and verbal communication skills. Ambitious and self-motivated with an excellent attitude and great work ethic. Warehouse experience preferred (Manual handling, Working at Height). Can-do attitude - We work better together, going the extra mile every day for each other. You will need to be confident following specific procedures and instructions. Self-motivation to work hard and do everything to the best of your ability. UAE Driving license is an added advantage
