Senior Team Lead
Job responsibilities:
Organizing and directing operations workflow and job responsibilities within the warehouse to ensure effective management of the receipt, storage, picking, packing, loading, and shipping of products to customers.
Maintaining records of inventory and location for production control and cost accounting to ensure adherence to Agility warehouse and distribution procedures.
Conducting inventory control through cyclical stock counts to maintain stock integrity and through this, ensuring that financial stock takes, and stock counts are conducted according to client contracts and Agility cyclical requirements. Ensuring that stock integrity is maintained in line with WMS.
Coordinating with internal customs department to ensure custom clearance procedures are complied and legal requirements are met.
Developing good relationship with customer to ensure high customer service level is always maintained.
Managing and troubleshooting problems with WMS to ensure the operations in distribution centers flow continuously and respond to any errors accordingly and in time.
Implementing Security and Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) policies and procedures to ensure that quality standards & requirements in the distribution center are complied with.
Ensuring that expected productivity standards are met and maintained within the agreed KPI's.
Ensuring that Staff Performance Appraisals are duly conducted completed and reported for subordinates by the timeframes specified by the Company from time to time.
Developing competence and motivating subordinates.
Responding to any negligent behavior and ensuring that non-compliance of safety standards in operational zones are zero.
Ensuring temperature requirements for assigned areas are managed and measured.
Inspection of incoming materials, in-process and final inspection, calibration control.
Elevating potential problems and opportunities for improvement to Manager.
Performing any other related duties/ projects assigned by Manager from time to time to meet business exigencies
Qualifications & Characteristics:
Education - Bachelor Degree
Work Experience - Minimum 5-7 years of experience as stock controller, Warehouse management system, Knowledge of inventory management system and basic accounting.

Communication Skills in English and Arabic (written and verbal)
